∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed institution preferred.

∎ Minimum 5 years in a managerial position in QA (woven garments, outerwear, down/padded jackets).
∎ Strong knowledge in woven garment quality systems, audits, and inspection standards.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in English and computer literacy is essential.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with all level of employees.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead QA operations for woven garments including outerwear, down, and padded jackets.
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with buyer and company requirements.
∎ Monitor inline and final inspection processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to embed quality into processes.
∎ Supervise, train, and guide QA/QC teams to maintain consistency and improve competencies.
∎ Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
∎ Ensure compliance with AQL levels, buyer standards, and international quality benchmarks.
∎ Coordinate third-party audits and buyer inspections.
∎ Prepare and present regular QA performance reports to senior management.
