Educational Requirements:
∎ Kamil (Madrasah)
∎ Quran Hafez will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discipline and well-being of the students of the house.
∎ Ensuring that students are always punctual.
∎ Personal hygiene of the students.
∎ Carrying out weekly inspection of the house as scheduled.
∎ Ensuring economy in the use of water and electricity.
∎ Arranging house functions.
∎ Supervision of the students.
∎ Ensuring discipline and tidiness in the house especially in the dormitories and conducting sudden visit to verify their orderliness.
∎ Running the Guidance and Motivation Cell (GMC) in the house.
∎ Communicating parents/guardians about the well-being of the students.
∎ Ensure strict observance of school orders/instructions in the house.
∎ Receive supply of fresh food and goods related to dining hall.
∎ Ensure cooking of students' food according to menu.
∎ Ensure students' food to be ready in time according to the program.
∎ Ensure standard of cooking of students' food.
∎ Ensure overall cleanliness of the students' dining hall.
∎ Ensure personal cleanliness of the cooks, waiters and masochist.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of the crockery, cutleries and utensils.
∎ Maintain record of daily expenditure of food and goods.
∎ Ensure discipline of the dining hall staff.
∎ Maintain a record of weekly medical examinations of the students.
∎ Maintain ledgers for the crockery and utensils.
∎ Maintain central store and stock register of goods.
∎ Take classes and carry out any other duty entrusted by the principal.
∎ Maintain movement register of the students.
∎ Maintain store of medicine.
