∎ Age 25 to 38 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Costing analysis & interpretation of processes.·
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Compare previous year's budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Track and ensure recovery of all accounts receivable within and outside the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ To prepare financial statements in compliance with IAS/IFRS.
∎ To prepare financial reports and management reports under accounting and financial MIS.
∎ To prepare annual budget and forecast cash flow within a targeted time to be followed by exceptional reporting.
∎ To establish proper budgetary control to be followed by budget variance analysis with regular intervals.
∎ To do proper reconciliations of every general ledger/sub-ledger/control ledger of all functional modalities of financial accounting and reporting chain and take appropriate course to action to ensure adherence to standard practices.
∎ To do proper compliance with the provisions of fiscal laws and regulations (amended up-to-date).
∎ Working capital Management, preparing loan documentation and project profiles.
∎ Perform financial forecast, reporting and operational KPI tracking.
∎ Letter Drafting and maintaining a strong relationship with Bank & NBFI.
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related with day to day business operations and analyze trends every month.
∎ L/C Management, Cash Management, Business Plan & Financial Model Development.
∎ Debt portfolio management of mixed instruments, payable bills management, etc.
∎ Financial Govt. regulatory affairs (GRA), Tax, VAT, RJSC, etc.
∎ All other assignments are assigned by the reporting superior and management.
∎ Responsible for monthly & annual financial reporting, budgeting & overall financial operations of the organization.
∎ Must have the knowledge about latest govt. Tax & Vat rules.
∎ Prepare product costing along with cost analysis.
∎ Preparation and submission of monthly and yearly financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss account, Cash flow statement etc.)
∎ Monitor and coordinate all the statutory compliance as per Income Tax Law 2023, VAT & SD Act and other rules and regulations.
