Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Civil Engineering from a reputed public/private university. MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ To assist the Management in planning and developing strategic business plan for sustainable growth of the Company.
∎ Searching new prospective clients to bring business/project through company presentation to achieve goals.
∎ Persuading clients that products or service best satisfies client needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
∎ Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
∎ Assisting the Management in implementation of business plans, cost benefits analysis visa-vis the target.
∎ Planning/arranging conference/trade show to introduce the product home and abroad and represent the Company.
∎ Design and launch e-mail marketing campaign /develop marketing communication campaign in coordination with group IT Administrator.
∎ Tender preparation & submitting through e-gp & hard copy to the prospective clients/projects.
∎ Develop/generate new ideas for the clients on business and carryout extensive media outreach.
∎ To prepare appropriate company literature and other form of communication for achieving business goals/strategies of the Company.
∎ Calculating client quotations and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product knowledge.
∎ Provide after sales services with technical back up as required to the clients.
∎ Monitoring budget allocations of each project and their progress.
∎ Monitoring/tracking clients’ priorities such as talent management, enhancement of productivity, guidance etc.
∎ To provide business planning coordination and assist the management in project implementation.
∎ Facilitate amicable solutions for outcomes to resolve issues/risks, conflicts.
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
∎ Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
∎ Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
∎ Follow up daily floated and upcoming tender in e-gp.
∎ Follow up & collect the project payment time to time.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities & finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Expertise in Pre-fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industries business will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be Tactful to meet the expectation of the company & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should be fluent in English & Bengali.
∎ Perform all the duties anywhere within Bangladesh or elsewhere as may be required by the company from time to time.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Project Management & Power Point presentation.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The applicants should be expert in MS office.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales & Business development
