Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent writing skills in English is necessary.
∎ 3 years’ experience in proposal writing and tender document preparation.
∎ Additional experience in ANY of the following criteria will get preference:
∎ Writing proposals in the area of IT related tenders/projects;
∎ Writing proposals in the area of Media related tenders/projects (BCC/IEC campaign, media buying, etc.);
∎ Technical Document Writing (User Guide/Manual, Product Note, SRS for Software)
∎ Perfect communication and networking skills;
∎ Language Skill: Excellent Speaking/Writing/Reading Skill in English;
∎ Computer Skill: MS Office Applications;
∎ Experience in project management is a plus;
∎ Team player, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels;
∎ Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance;
∎ Knowledge in PPA (Public Procurement Act) and PPR (Public Procurement Rules)
∎ The ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner;
∎ Conflict handling capacity;
∎ Self-motivation &control minded.

∎ E. B. Solutions Limited (EBS), the parent company of EBS Group, is one of the first few and foremost Telecom VAS companies in Bangladesh—presently extending its focus from traditional VAS to Mobile Application Development, IoT& Enterprise IT solutions. In addition, among different other industry verticals under EBS Group, there is Bangladhol Ltd. (Bangladhol) – an Advertising Agency with a strong digital media wing as well as a recording-cum-editing studio.
∎ We, EBS Group, are now looking for a Business Development Manager with an excellent proposal writing skill to join our Bidding Team’s pursuit of winning new tenders/projects for EBS and Bangladhol in the public and private sector.
∎ PREPARE/WRITE Expressions of Interest (EOI) as well as Technical and Financial Proposals for RFP/RFQ, etc.;
∎ SEARCH for new opportunities and IDENTIFY the right ones by assessing potentials (considering eligibility criteria and scope of work);
∎ COLLECT INFORMATION regarding the tender(s)/project(s) and CLARIFY the queries by communicating with the clients;
