Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement business development strategies to increase the agency’s client base. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends in Bangladesh. Create and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients. Serve as the lead point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Understand client marketing objectives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Conduct in-depth research on the Bangladeshi market, competitors, and industry trends. Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies and digital trends relevant to the local market. Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the agency. Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the agency’s network. Work closely with the creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns. Lead and mentor junior business development executives or interns, if applicable. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and market insights. Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine strategies and improve agency services.
