∎ Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and prepare actionable business reports.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems or business intelligence tools is preferred.Strong command of English and Bangla—both written and verbal.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proven problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.Proven ability to prepare, manage, and execute project schedules, budgets, and timelines in a structured, deadline-driven environment.Strong knowledge of client service management, vendor coordination, and contract handling.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operational Oversight & Workflow Management: Supervise and manage daily operational activities across multiple service lines, ensuring adherence to company protocols, service level agreements (SLAs), and client expectations.AC/HVAC & Air conditioner (01 ton to 10 ton) Systems Oversight: Apply sound technical knowledge of Air Conditioning systems, particularly VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) or VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) technologies, to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize HVAC-related operations.Client Relationship & Service Quality Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, issue resolution, and implement feedback mechanisms and service audits to ensure continuous improvement.Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills and technical understanding to assess operational issues, implement quick, effective solutions, lead root-cause analysis for recurring problems, and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Travel & Field Oversight: Travel to client sites and operational locations as required to ensure service compliance and to resolve issues firsthand.Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of supervisors, technicians, or support staff, promoting accountability and continuous skill development.
