Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with all Company Heads/CEO and different leadership level to collect business updates, compile all reports and submit to honorable Chairman.
∎ Develop and maintain internal & external meetings of honorable Chairman as the calendar.
∎ Prepare, organize & participate in different internal & external meetings along and on behalf honorable Chairman, take notes & develop minutes to follow-up with concern development.
∎ Monitor all company heads/CEO’s KPI and prepare target vs. achievement report for honorable Chairman.
∎ Take corrective business direction from Honorable Chairman and interpreted to relevant leadership team to execute.
∎ Coordinate with company heads, F&A heads to collect monthly P&L report, prepare presentation and graphs as per collected data and submit honorable Chairman.
∎ Liaison & maintain relationship with high level external and Internal stakeholder on behalf of honorable Chairman.
∎ Assist all types of official/ business correspondence related to the Chairman Secretariat.
∎ Attend incoming and outgoing queries, initiate action plan considering business environment and follow-up.
∎ Collect & Analysis Daily sales report, Legal & Regulatory Reports, construction and project update, CRM Report and submit the compile summary reports to honorable Chairman.
∎ Response & Follow-up all confidential official letter & email of the Chairman Secretariat.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management/Board.
