∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the maintenance work of furniture, fixture & equipment of all business units of the organization.
∎ Conduct the repair works of washroom, fittings, painting & polishing works, tiles replacement (when require), sewerage line cleaning service etc.
∎ Supervise and control all the building maintenance and renovation works of all establishments.
∎ Conduct the periodic maintenance and emergency repair works of lifts, generator, parking related tasks.
∎ Conduct the plumbing works such as submersible pump, centrifugal pump, water line, overhead & underground reservoir cleaning work.
∎ Evaluate the efficiency of electrical systems, electric machinery, components and products.
∎ Conduct troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service of all establishments of the organization.
∎ Conduct & supervise the swimming pool operative process, checking chlorine, temperature of pool water.
∎ Maintain liaison with vendors and other suppliers to get quotations for cost competitiveness.
∎ Monitor weekly action plan/checklist of the civil works of all business units.
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
∎ Prepare and execute weekly/ monthly action plan of civil works of all establishments of the organization.
∎ Prepare monthly/ quarterly budget of all maintenance related civil work.
∎ Provide cost estimation of materials, equipment's to determine an economic feasibility.
∎ Periodically prepare & provide report as per requirement of Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-6 years relevant experience in a reputed organization.
∎ Excellent writing skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical skills & very proactive in nature.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Good reporting skills is required.
∎ Related site/civil experience is highly desired.
∎ Knowledge on cost estimating and construction is highly preferable.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Physically fit
