∎ Strong knowledge of export processes and regulatory requirements.
∎ Clear understanding of UD (Utilization Declaration) procedures.
∎ Familiarity with customs processes and transaction certificates (TCs).
∎ Proficiency in Excel and online booking platforms.
∎ Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
∎ High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
∎ Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure booking & preparing the shipping documents for PUMA, M&S, GU, Auchan, Decathlon, PEPCO.
∎ Communicate with C&F, Forwarder, Shipping line & buying house.
