∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ MBA in HR & Finance is preferred.

∎ Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems.
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws and tax regulations.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
∎ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
∎ Strong communication and grievance-handling skills.
∎ Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
∎ Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams like Finance and Audit.
∎ Time management skills to meet tight payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect and consolidate monthly salary, bonus, insurance, and benefits-related data from all business wings under the group.
∎ Process and prepare group-level payroll and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in collaboration with finance.
∎ Administer bonus schemes, earned leave encashment, final settlements, and statutory deductions in compliance with internal policy and local labor laws.
∎ Oversee the implementation and renewal of employee insurance (health/life) plans across the group and maintain accurate records.
∎ Maintain and update the master C&B database across all companies to reflect real-time compensation status.
∎ Prepare monthly and annual compensation reports, ensuring budget adherence and compliance.
∎ Coordinate with auditors and finance during internal/external audits related to payroll, benefits, and final settlements.
∎ Gather, validate, and analyze HR data across the group (e.g., headcount, turnover, cost-per-hire, absenteeism, salary trends).
∎ Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports for top management decision-making.
∎ Support workforce planning by analyzing trends and forecasting manpower needs across business units.
∎ Identify patterns and insights through data to enhance compensation policies and employee retention strategies.
∎ Drive continuous improvement in HR data management processes, reporting accuracy, and system automation.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and tax regulations concerning compensation and benefits.
∎ Propose enhancements to compensation and benefits structures based on market research and benchmarking.
∎ Support in drafting and updating policies related to pay, bonus, insurance, leave, and other employee benefits.
