Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning to be collected in accordance with the size breakdown ,Trim Card, Pattern and sample.
∎ Pre plan for size set/ Pilot Run cutting.
∎ According to the daily cutting planning to ensure target.
∎ Buyer wise order Re-cap follow up & ensure po cutting missing . destination wise
∎ Ensure Cutting Plan according to the Target.
∎ Shipment schedule to be check in accordance with the input.
∎ Ensure cutting production KPI has been achieved (Cutting Efficiency %, Marker Efficiency %, Fabric Utilization %, Cutting Table Utilization %).
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure maximum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers.
∎ Establish and maintain SOP & Operation of cutting section
∎ Knowledge about Fabric & Shrinkage development for cutting layer etc.
∎ Keeping following records ready always-
∎ Shrinkage & Shade report,
∎ Daily basis cutting & Input plan report,
∎ Fabric Requirement report & Swatch card,
∎ Style wise cutting consumption report
∎ Communication with all concern sewing departments for input smoothly.
∎ Communication with all Print , Embroidery and other suppliers
∎ Communication with all Supervisor, Cutter man & workers
∎ Ensure Safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure and maintains a clean and tidy environment at work site.
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time.
∎ Comply with company rules & regulations to increase productivity & stay organized
∎ Any other job assigned by management
