∎ 3-5 years of experience in the cutting department of a woven-oriented garment factory.
∎ Strong knowledge of cutting techniques, equipment, and fabric types, especially for woven garments.
∎ Proven experience in managing a team in a fast-paced production environment.
∎ Proficiency in using fabric cutting machinery and software tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to solve problems efficiently and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and supervise cutting floor operations, ensuring timely and efficient cutting of fabrics according to production schedules.
∎ Oversee cutting staff, providing training and guidance to ensure they follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
∎ Collaborate with the design and production planning teams to ensure accurate cutting of fabric as per the patterns and specifications.
∎ Monitor fabric usage and cutting wastage, implementing strategies to optimize material utilization.
∎ Ensure all cut pieces meet quality standards before passing them to the sewing department.
∎ Maintain machinery in the cutting section, coordinating with the maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cutting operations, staff performance, fabric usage, and wastage.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for fabric-related issues and ensure timely availability of materials.
∎ Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws on the shop floor.
