Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Head of HR & Admin in the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental strategies, policies, and
∎ HR Manual, Code of Business Conduct or Ethics, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Payroll & Compensation Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and manage employee compensation, benefits, and performance-based bonuses.
∎ Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
∎ Learning & Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify employee development needs, organize training programs, and ensure career growth opportunities.
∎ Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, ensure that feedback mechanisms are in place, and track employee performance for personal and professional growth.
∎ Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and mitigate risks related to talent gaps.
∎ Prepare and circulate notices, circulars, office orders, and other communication related to HR & Admin matters.
∎ Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture by organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
∎ Oversee and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, from joining to confirmation, including orientation, documentation, and induction.
∎ Manage offboarding processes for departing employees, ensuring the proper handling of exit interviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
∎ Perform administrative functions, including the preparation and renewal of various licenses and certifications required for organizational operations.
∎ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and other relevant authorities regarding disciplinary actions and processes.
∎ Lead, mentor, and support junior HR & Admin staff, ensuring skill development and fostering a positive work environment.
