Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and generate potential leads for lift & escalator sales for individuals and the sales team
∎ Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to drive sales growth in the lift sector
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business
∎ Oversee the preparation of competitive and accurate bids for lift projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements
∎ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure recommended lift solutions meet client specifications and industry standards
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability
∎ Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking lead conversion and identifying opportunities for improvement
∎ Guide the sales team in preparing and conducting project visits, presentations and meetings with clients
∎ Ensure smooth after-sales project execution, including bill & payments and installations
∎ Generate and present regular sales reports, performance analysis and updates on project status to senior management
∎ Any responsibilities assigned by the management
