Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up CRM and Operation Team of Ocean Freight·
∎ Day-to-day correspondence/communication of customer service as well as documentation related matters of Ocean Freight
∎ Follow up Team activities & distribute job to serve customer on time.
∎ Communicate with local shipper/Buying Agent/ Shipping lines as well as overseas agents over phone/ email
∎ Keep liaison with carriers, taking care of rate queries, negotiation with counterparts·
∎ New Business Implementation, Set up SOP & guide to Team for smooth handling·
∎ Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required.
