Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within a set budget, targets, and deadlines.
∎ Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly / monthly client visit plans.
∎ Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Collect t he required documents from the customer.
∎ Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to the Supervisor on a regular basis. Maintain good relationships with clients.
