Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategies to increase awareness of cybersecurity products and services among clients
∎ Evaluating the client's security posture, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and recommending solutions
∎ Conducting training sessions for employees on topics such as phishing scams, malware removal, and best practices in password protection
∎ Providing technical support to clients by engaging the technical team on how to secure their networks and data
∎ Consulting with clients to determine their needs, goals, and priorities
∎ Developing proposals that clearly outline the scope of work, timeline, costs, deliverables, and other key details
∎ Meeting with clients to discuss their specific security challenges and needs in order to identify customized solutions
∎ Identifying potential clients and contacting them to determine their needs and interest in purchasing cybersecurity products or services.
∎ Helping clients to deploy new security technologies by working with them to develop plans, identify challenges, and find solutions
∎ Maintain positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future renewals and sales
∎ Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
∎ Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's
∎ Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
∎ Liaising with those developing products/services to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers - and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like
∎ Arrange continuous knowledge-sharing sessions for new emerging technologies.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Must be ready to take new challenges on business expansion.
∎ Must have experience working in a customer-facing role and comfortable presenting to a small to medium audiences on both technical and business-related topics.
∎ Working knowledge and familiarity with GRC and Offensive Security consulting services (e.g. penetration testing, PCI audit, security assessment) is highly desirable (pre-sales perspective).
∎ Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and best
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Team player, Self-motivated, punctual & well-groomed.
