Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ B.Sc. Engineer (Civil) At least 7 years Experiences in Real estate/ Construction farms.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strong management & technical skills to ensure proper implementation of project work.
∎ Provide necessary technical support for all project related jobs.
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders like Land owners, project adjacent neighbors, local authorities etc.
∎ Study all types of design & drawing, execute work according to master schedule and provide feedback
∎ Planning, implementing & monitoring of all project activities.
∎ Regular monitoring of Project activities against targets & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personnel to identify the issues to improve the quality of work & take initiative accordingly.
∎ Distribute work to all the sub-ordinates (Project Managers & Engineers) for smooth progress of all projects
∎ Monitor proper utilization of Project resources at site.
∎ Ability to manage at least 4-5 projects at a time
∎ Ensure safety, health and environmental aspects of projects in accordance with company policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: 15-20 years for B.Sc. Engineer.
∎ Should have at least 2 basements project hand over experience.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years' experience in renowned developer firm in similar position.
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic, pro-active
∎ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadline.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills
∎ Sound job knowledge.
