Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and Execute the full Recruitment and Selection process from Job posting to onboard in a fair, transparent, and competitive manner in accordance with applicable company policy.
∎ Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to understand actual staffing needs due to develop proper sourcing strategies and Conduct effective selection process.
∎ Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
∎ Identify, assess, and develop talent within the organization to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
∎ Assist to develop and review organogram as per business need and head counting periodically as per organogram.
∎ Help to execute Job Analysis process and set Departmental & Individual Job description based on business objectives.
∎ Prepare and implement the monthly training calendar as per business recruitment.
∎ Design and formulate HR strategy basis the business plan of the Sales division of Personal care business.
∎ Creates manpower plans and execute hiring plan in partnership with Talent Acquisition team.
∎ Anchors the performance management cycle and facilitate the various phases -goal-setting, on-going feedback to annual appraisals.
∎ Work with the Sales Team to finalize the engagement initiatives in the regions.
∎ Conduct orientation for newly joined employee.
∎ Conducts exit interviews and takes corrective actions to strengthen retention.
