Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Masters degree from any reputed university with good academic record.
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Sales and Marketing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Real Estate Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brokarage, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team for both Inventory & Sales.
∎ Meet personal target assigned in AOP.
∎ Visit outdoor frequently to collect potential data.
∎ Assist to complete all procedure of MOU signing for product Collection (Inventory)
∎ Provide Legal support and guidance to seller.
∎ Draft and complete important legal documents (Government Agencies such as RAJUK, Ministry etc) support and guidance to seller.
∎ Maintain knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing laws, and types of available mortgages, financing options and government programs.
∎ Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information is on record.
∎ Maintain report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Handle inventory customers in order to sign more inventories.
∎ Monitoring hunters (Jr. Execuitve) in order to collect more inventory leads from field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Must have knowledge about the market and best practices.
∎ Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker.
∎ Proven track record of sales.
∎ Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
∎ Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
∎ Trustworthy and results-driven.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
∎ Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
∎ Responsible and ethical.
∎ Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices.
