Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum a Graduate, preferably in Marketing from a reputed University with good academics
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content design and development.
∎ Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads and conversions.
∎ Use data and analytics to track and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Manage and optimize websites and other digital assets, ensuring a seamless user experience.
∎ Complete website audit, keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, etc.
∎ Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors & develop and implement Content strategies.
∎ Be able to identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
∎ Plan & execute the process of driving conversion to sales and repurchase via e-commerce.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Execute digital marketing campaigns using Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Social Media, Blog, Website & Email etc. to increase brand awareness and lead generation leading to sales growth.
∎ Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for communication & illustrations.
∎ Write content for marketing and knowledge of creating Banners, cover photo, leaflet design, excellent photo & video editing, Animation etc. to be displayed on the website, social media and Email Marketing.
∎ Own and Lead planning and execution of Care Nutrition's digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media including Facebook & Instagram, website, content marketing, and photography.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience executing paid media campaigns
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing (FMCG), Trade Marketing
∎ Digital Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google AdWords, PPC Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Design.
∎ Clear understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, targeting and retargeting & A/B Testing.
∎ Good English and Bengali communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, and ambitious in achieving goals.
∎ Possess the skill to work within a team and also perform independently.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Will be entitled as per the company policy.
