∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels, tools, and industry best practices.
∎ Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
∎ Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, modern design aesthetics, and branding consistency.
∎ Proficiency in GIF creation, photo editing, video editing, and basic animation, especially for promotional and computer-generated (CG) content.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, development, and sales for cohesive campaign execution.
∎ Highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt to new digital tools and marketing trends.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English. Fluency in English will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business goals.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative digital initiatives.
∎ Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to support strategic planning.
∎ Plan and develop integrated marketing campaigns with a clear focus on ROI and brand building.
∎ Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms: social media, email, PPC, and display ads.
∎ Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
∎ Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports and insights.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital content tailored for each platform.
∎ Oversee content distribution across channels, including email, website, and social media.
∎ Ensure content consistency and alignment with brand identity and tone.
∎ Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement, brand awareness, and community interaction.
∎ Respond promptly to client queries, follow up, and ensure regular updates across all platforms.
∎ Host and manage live broadcasts on social media as needed.
∎ Have a clear understanding of social media community standards and be capable of resolving copyright or policy issues through communication with platform support teams.
∎ Manage and enhance the company’s online presence across digital platforms, ensuring website performance and optimization.
∎ Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
∎ Oversee web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking.
∎ Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms to track KPIs.
∎ Generate and present reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
∎ Continuously monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and propose improvements.
∎ Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and optimizing digital marketing budgets.
∎ Monitor spending to ensure efficiency and maximize return on investment (ROI).
