∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Environmental Compliance, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Textile, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implements BCMP (Best Chemical Management Practice) in Abanti Colour Tex which complies H&M buyer guideline as well as other buyers requirement
∎ Educates about BCMP guideline for implementing all required issues as per BCMP manual
∎ Performs HIGG self-assessment and prepares documentation of HIGG FEM 3.0 (EMS, Energy, Water, Wastewater, Air Emission, Waste & Chemical Management)
∎ Coordinates with different sections for collecting data as well as HIGG implementation
∎ Faces HIGG FEM 3.0 1st party/3rd party verification
∎ Leads EMS & CMS related audit
∎ Prepares corrective action plan as per audit findings and share it to relevant sections for solving those issues as early as possible as required by buyer
∎ Conducts EMS, CMS & HIGG related training
∎ Prepares training schedule, keep training record, training feedback and monitoring physical applicability
∎ Monitors and follow-up ETP (Crony Apparels Ltd. & All Over Print) and to guide ETP responsible for ensuring all compliance issues as per local and buyer COC requirement
∎ Ensures Environmental Clearance Certificate, DoE and other third party waste water test reports are updated

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Candidate should have knowledge on:
∎ HIGG FEM-3.0
∎ H&M BCMP
∎ WPC
∎ EMP
∎ ETP Waste Water Management
