∎ Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
∎ Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.Strong understanding of construction materials, market rates, and labor costs.Knowledge of BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and standard estimation practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for construction projects.
∎ Material & Quantity Takeoff: Calculate material requirements and quantities from architectural and structural drawings.
∎ Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in preparing project budgets and track cost variations.
∎ Tender & Quotation Analysis: Review contractor and supplier quotations, ensuring market competitiveness.
∎ Coordination with Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, procurement teams, and site management to finalize cost estimates.
∎ Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality and project standards.
∎ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date cost estimation records and provide regular reports to management.
