∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, counselling, or business development for Europe-bound students
∎ Familiarity with EU university systems, application processes, and visa regulations
∎ A strong understanding of Bangladeshi students' academic and cultural challenges when applying to European institutions
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to set goals, measure performance, and adjust tactics accordingly
∎ Confident in client-facing roles, presentations, and negotiations
∎ Proficient in using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
∎ Experience creating content (social media posts, videos, informational guides, newsletters)
∎ Knowledge of EU-specific scholarship programmes, language requirements, and residence rules
∎ Experience working with agents or partner institutions across Europe
∎ Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace
∎ Experience Required: 5 Years in European Student Counselling or Business Development (EU-focused).
∎ Preferred Background: Student Recruitment & Content Creation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and expand business development activities focused on the EU education market
∎ Guide students on admission pathways, documentation, and visa procedures for EU countries
∎ Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and recruitment platforms across Europe
∎ Represent the organisation in webinars, expos, and community outreach events
∎ Collaborate with the content team to create informative blogs, videos, and materials about studying in the EU
∎ Research market trends, policy changes, and scholarship opportunities in target countries
∎ Develop and execute growth strategies to increase student enrolments and institutional collaborations.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead outreach, partnerships, and engagement efforts for students aiming to study in top European destinations such as Norway, Germany, Denmark, Finland, and Ireland.
∎ This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the EU higher education landscape and can blend student counselling with business strategy. You’ll be working closely with students, institutions, and strategic partners to build relationships, provide accurate guidance, and help students navigate their academic journey abroad.
∎ In addition to strong interpersonal skills, experience in content creation, outreach campaigns, and community engagement will give you an edge in this role.
