Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters from a reputed university with sound academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role will be responsible for establishing and developing new export business, which will establish and create sustainable growth in chosen global markets for our products.
∎ Develop and drive export sales activity in international markets
∎ Ensure adherence to country specific importation legislation
∎ Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets by carrying out market research activity in chosen export markets.
∎ Preparing analytical report as per management requirements.
∎ Providing global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the Management
∎ Work with the Supply Chain and Operations team to deliver the most effective distribution channel from supplier to customer.
∎ Prepare all other export related documentations.
∎ Regular communication with associated banks for payment and related works.
∎ Any other task provided by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant who are currently working in food industry holding the same position will get preference.
∎ This position demands high level of export market knowledge
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same position within biscuits, cookies, candies and noodles market (essential).
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Cash Incentive preparation and further procedures.
∎ Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy
∎ Understand complexity of supply chain activities and the most appropriate distribution channels in key export markets
∎ Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within the network
∎ Entrepreneurial, self -motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
∎ Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve export sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment.
∎ Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy with modern communication tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within the network
∎ Entrepreneurial, self -motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ready to travel home and abroad.
∎ Fluency in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
