Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily reporting of Financial and Accounts related matters
∎ Analyzing business targets and Net Impact
∎ Managing and coordinating monthly reporting
∎ Budgeting and reforecasting processes
∎ Providing services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll
∎ Monitoring cash flow
∎ Reviewing Statutory Audit Report and its implementation
∎ Monitoring Financial Data Synchronization in SAP
∎ Preparing Tax Compliant Financial Statements
∎ Preparing regular Financial MIS and Dashboard
∎ Giving IFRS Implementation Support in Financial Statements
∎ Preparing Monthly Financial Statements of HPL Sister Concerns
∎ Preparing Bank Finance Report
∎ Finance Partnering with other Departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 Years Post Professional Qualification Experience
∎ In dept Understanding of IFRS, Corporate Tax, Advanced use of Excel, Business Dashboard Preparation
∎ Audit experience in MNCs, Statutory Compliance Monitoring experience, Customized ERP or SAP experience & Business Case Analysis experience
∎ Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, Ability to take initiative and cooperate within a team, Ability to enforce policies and procedures
∎ of the company, highly motivated to succeed in team concept, Proactive in detailing to follow through on all tasks.
∎ Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
∎ Skilled in conflict resolution with strong customer service focus
