∎ MBA or Equivalent Master’s Degree in Commerce from a reputed University.

∎ Minimum 05 (five) years of relevant experience in a reputed establishment/MNC or local organization. Experience related to Hospitality Industry will be given preference.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Income Tax, VAT & Foreign Currency Regulations and related regulations.
∎ Partly qualified in CA/ICMA/CA.CC will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
∎ Maximum 35 (thirty-five) years of age as of last date of submitting the application.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge on Internal Audit & standard regulations.
∎ Should possess strong networking capability, entertaining inhouse staff requirements, ability to plan ahead and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to implement and maintain PPSD Finance and other relevant policy.
∎ Age & Experience limit may be relaxed for extraordinary candidates as per the discretion of the Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assistant Manager Finance shall be the sole responsible for all aspects of budgetary activities, implementation of Finance policies, maintaining inter-departmental working relationships as well as assist the Executive Assistant Manager-Finance in the implementation of overall financial strategies and plans. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
∎ Ensure and follow up Financial Reporting, understand & review financial results, monitor & take action to ensure profitability of the businesses.
∎ Determine appropriate Finance strategies in all business/customer segments towards maximizing the Hotel revenue.
∎ Protect the integrity of the business by the systematic application of the Company’s internal control procedures & ensure full compliance.
∎ Handle External & Internal Audit as well as vast knowledge on Bangladesh Audit Standard and regulations.
∎ Maintain liaison with the stakeholders to ensure accurate cross-billing and day end reconciliations.
∎ Verify all financial reports and ensure that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
∎ Maintain a very good congenial atmosphere and coordination with the Departments regarding all types of Communications.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.

∎ We are inviting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following position of the Finance Department. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position:
