Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing and evolving all private and govt sales training initiatives to meet the ever changing demands of the business and market. This role requires a solid understanding of the evolution of aggressive training sales. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial self starter mentality, doing a lot with a little, willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done; strongly results oriented, focused on attention to detail and quality and has a passion for figuring out creative and innovative ways to solve challenges.
∎ This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with the Client Services and Leadership team. The role may require occasional travel locally or abroad.
∎ Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling training products and services.
∎ Responsible for organizing quality classroom, online training, bootcamps and webinars
∎ Control and manage training expenses and ensure they are within annual program budget allocated
∎ Deliver training presentations as needed via various channels including in-person, online, e-learning
∎ Periodically prepare, present and review program changes, feedback and updates with Sales and Customer Success leadership
∎ Organize and prepare documents required for Bid.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Candidates with Service sales experience will be given preference.
