Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Deputy Registrar, Director/ Assistant Director of Government Liaison in coordinating with government departments and agencies.
∎ Take responsibility for processing applications submitted to government offices and agencies.
∎ Maintain effective working relationships with government offices and agencies.
∎ Provide necessary administrative support to the government liaison office.
∎ Maintain a database of university projects requiring official approvals.
∎ Keep the University updated on government rules and regulations affecting its operations.
∎ Plan and organize visits of government officials.
∎ Proactively coordinate and communicate with related departments for approvals, issue resolutions, and follow-ups concerning official matters.
∎ Coordinate with all agencies for processing work visa and students' visa applications.
∎ Provide report on monthly basis for all government relations processes.
