∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure size set garments with approved sample and provide necessary comments if required for bulk production.
∎ Ensure measurement of size set garments and keep the record in size set report.
∎ Check first cutting/output garments as per buyer standard and provide comments with correction.
∎ Ensure measurement of first output garments.
∎ Need to perform day audit from packed garments.
∎ To Handle all guideline for production and quality controls system.
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all the GPQ system including in line inspection, pre final & final inspection.
∎ To run the GPQ team successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implemented in production floor for achieving best quality.
∎ To provide technical assistance to all section wherever applicable in order to achieve customers quality standard, inline setup, machinery adoption, production methods & work aid.
∎ Coordinate with production, planning, Merchandising, IE, Quality Assurance & other related department.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality standards.
