Job Responsibilities:
∎ Payroll management, leave management, incentive programs, and follow-up attendance.
∎ Responsible for Manpower recruitment for the factory.
∎ Directly monitoring and involving disciplinary procedures and investigation.
∎ Assure complete compliance with the buyer's COC, the Labor Law of 2006, and the 2015 Labor Rules.
∎ Ensure that the factories are constantly ready and prepared for the CTPAT (Technical/Quality Assurance, Security System, and Social Compliance Audits).
∎ Preparation / Issue office notes, memos, office orders & circulars in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation-related work.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR & Admin policies, and guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation within the company.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers' salaries & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill, etc.
∎ To improve workers and management relationships, communicate with workers & staff, attend a participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staff etc. on administrative issues.
∎ Ensure policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
∎ Follow up on hygienic issues.
∎ Provide orientation to recently hired employees.
∎ Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks for the business, including hiring, office upkeep, event planning, etc.
∎ To responsibly cross-check and verify all maternity costs, as well as to verify compliance with all final settlement bills, such as those pertaining to separation, dismissal, resignation, undetected death benefits, etc.
∎ Suggest and enhance worker satisfaction through the activities of the PC, Grievance & Canteen Committees.
∎ Ongoing counseling to ensure that the employee is totally committed to their duties and the firm.
∎ To raise employee knowledge of personal hygiene and wellness.
∎ Consistently keeping an eye on things like sick leave, leave, and attendance.
∎ Liaison with the different business organizations as required on behalf of the factory.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
