Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.       Manage day-to-day HR & Administrative operations of the factory.
∎ 2.       Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with company standards.
∎ 3.       Ensure effective manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction of workers and staff.
∎ 4.       Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, disciplinary issues, transfers, and personnel files.
∎ 5.       Coordinate performance appraisal process and ensure documentation.
∎ 6.       Lead and support compliance with ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and other relevant standards.
∎ 7.       Support internal and external audits, documentation, and corrective actions.
∎ 8.       Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and employee counseling.
∎ 9.       Maintain healthy industrial relations, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
∎ 10.    Monitor and ensure the overall security, safety, housekeeping, and legal compliance of the factory.
∎ 11.    Liaise with local authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies when needed.
