Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the full recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
∎ Should have skill to take interview for finding the right human resource for the company.
∎ Plan and manage employee training and development programs to improve productivity and engagement.
∎ Assist in the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
∎ Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
∎ Support training & development initiatives in collaboration with department heads.
∎ Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
∎ Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.
∎ Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
∎ Manage communication with government bodies, vendors, and third-party service providers.
∎ Contribute to organizational development and HR strategic planning.
∎ Monitor and enhance workplace safety, employee well-being, and work environment standards.
∎ Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.
∎ Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
∎ To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.
∎ To hire and process the new vehicle as per company need and have to manage the current vehicle as well.
∎ Managing various event organization and source-required logistics.Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
