Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with higher official.
∎ Utilizing digital tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online job portals to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data.
∎ Onboarding new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
∎ Managing employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
∎ Assisting in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
∎ Coordinating employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and assisting employees with inquiries and enrollment.
∎ Handling employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
∎ Assisting in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
∎ Managing attendance and leave tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
∎ Assisting with payroll processing, including verifying timekeeping records, calculating overtime, and ensuring accuracy in salary payments.
∎ Coordinating employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, return of company property, and ensuring smooth transitions.
∎ Managing administrative tasks such as office supplies procurement, maintenance of office equipment, and facility management.
∎ Assisting in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and trainings.
∎ Keeping abreast of best practices in HR and administrative processes, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
