Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily production report and value calculation
∎ Proficient in spreadsheets (most daily reports are done in Google Sheets)
∎ Follow up production process as per schedule
∎ Ensure smooth flow of production floor
∎ Play the roll along with central and interdepartmental planning
∎ Coordinate with Management and all related departments
∎ Our factory will deliver the best in cost and turnaround time for our customers. We are seeking someone to take responsibility for producing MTailor Men's Suits, Blazers and Dress Pants day to day. You will help design the production line, scale production and properly incentivize workers. MTailor demands quality, consistency and speed, so you will design scalable, repeatable and quality processes to facilitate production
∎ Making custom clothing is very different and less well studied than making traditional RMG clothing. Custom clothing favors shorter assembly lines and nimbler manufacturing processes. To succeed at this job, you'll have to get into the details of making the best clothing as quickly and efficiently as possible. You'll need to be willing to embrace new technology and design efficient management structures. You will also need to think about problems creatively and keep an open mind to new solutions, because custom clothing production has different requirements vs. traditional RMG.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Can-do mindset
∎ Proven experience in related field is required
∎ Capable to manage customer's requirements independently
∎ Excellent command in written and spoken English
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
∎ Should be a long term planner
∎ Strong technical grasp of clothing production and work process
∎ Comfortable in spreadsheets and quick in adopting new IT Solutions
∎ Willing to stay around the factory
∎ Prior experience in Woven factory preferably in Suit, Blazer & Dress Pants or managing factory workers an added advantage
