Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Assistant Manager of institutional Sales, must do a sales plan in the assigned area and implement the company’s sales strategies. He or She also takes care of the business Industrial, Institutional, e-business, and HORECA (Hotel, restaurant, and cafeteria) sales.
∎ Daily institutional party visit and order collection by purchase order.
∎ Submit those orders in the H.O. demand collection section.
∎ Ensure product delivery to the party and coordinate with the factory for this issue.
∎ Payment collection by online/cheque/pay order from party/organization and deposit the cheque/pay order to BDFP accounts.
∎ Identifying the gap market and opportunity for the sales of the product. New party creation and coverage increase
∎ Develop positive business relationships with corporate and industrial customers professionally. Any kind of promotional activities implemented in the market and sales target achieved.
∎ Competitors' company activities follow up and inform management; Like Product price, New products introduced in the corporate market and credit policy, etc.
∎ Do business Agreement for credit sale before business starts with parties/organizations.
∎ Monthly sales report, coverage report, and accounts receivable statement submitted to the concerned person
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
