Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan the monthly output & efficiency for the lines & building with planning & production team.
∎ Ensure the planned output & efficiency to achieve daily & monthly by involving with key meetings & discussions
∎ Prepare the new styles better to reduce the change one time
∎ Ensure the proper line balancing & daily meeting the plan by the team
∎ Identity the strength & weakness of the teams and develop their skills and monitor the KPIS
∎ Continuously monitor the low performers & improve the overall skill of the operators in the buildings
∎ Efficiency improvement, Methods & Workplace improvement projects, SMV savings projects, 5S & Lean initiatives to upgrade the floor to he future
∎ Efficiency improvement, Methods & Workplace improvement projects & align the team
∎ Plan & utilize the Man & Machine requirements and continuously improve on the better utilization.
