Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ UNIgas has constructed a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal & a Cylinder Manufacturing Plant in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations are being set up across the country. The company is looking for dynamic, self-motivated and high performing individuals for the position:
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IT Infrastructure & Network Security, Monitoring, troubleshoot issues and support.
∎ Manage IT Workplace (Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Business) Support and AD Security Management.
∎ Manage support, security, and further development of Business IT Systems (ERP and other Automation systems).
∎ Attendance System Operation & Support Management.
∎ Manage Data Backup / Restoration.
∎ Maintain IT Asset register and transfer process.
∎ IT Asset handover take over process maintenance on user onboarding, offboarding, transfer events.
∎ Manage IT Vendors Support & Service KPI as per SLA / AMC.
∎ IT procurement support.
∎ Business Continuity Plan & Disaster Recovery process establishment support.
∎ Support & collaborate with group IT team.
∎ Hardware Troubleshoot & Support (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Switch, Router, Camera etc.,)
∎ File Server and Network shared folder management.
∎ IT infrastructure monitoring, troubleshoot and support.
∎ IT Workplace client configuration and application support (MS Outlook, Office suite, G-suite)
∎ Connectivity, Wi-Fi network and Camera functionality monitoring and maintenance support
∎ User provisioning in MS Active Directory and AD maintenance.
∎ Other tasks / job as assigned by head of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in IT project management and IT infrastructure management
∎ Having minimum of 6-7 years of hands-on experience in similar position.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, problem solver & quick learner with good interpersonal skills.
