Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As per Buyer Requirement Prepare New Buyer format in LAB ERP application.
∎ Strongly Follow up any vendor creation mail and create vendor in LAB ERP application.
∎ Strongly Maintain tip’s role base access as per company policy in LAB ERP application.
∎ Create tips user account with get approval from line manager & Linked with AD.
∎ Mapped for datalink upload using buyer Template.
∎ Troubleshooting uploading rejection report and fixed.
∎ Manage and Maintain Auditor software, EMS software, Fastin software and communicated with vendor to fix any bugs if required.
∎ Special buyer format making the FRD and approved for developed.
∎ Creating New Test format, report format and update in tips application.
∎ Coordinate users and analysis the requirement and update in tips application.
∎ Provide always share demo to user and get confirmation before implement on live.
∎ Provided Help Desk-based IT phone support to end-users for a fast-paced web hosting firm, including troubleshooting, server support, and customer service.
∎ Install OS and Application for End users.
∎ Provide Event management service and support.
∎ Users access and right management.
∎ Provide support for o335
∎ Endpoint security and encryption management.
∎ Provide technical Training and IT policy briefing.
∎ Configure, Manage and Maintain Users Storage (NAS)
∎ Manage and Maintain Asset. Register to manage our all-Device Tracking like Laptop, Desktop, Server etc.
∎ Install, Manage, Maintain, Update and Upgrade Servers and Hardware’s.
∎ Create, Manage and Maintain VM’s Machine.
∎ Monitor Server health daily basis.
∎ Contribute Procurement Related service.
∎ Contribute yearly budget forecast.
∎ Support Global IT project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ In addition, need to chat, meeting with Mauritius users to understand their query.
∎ Must visit Gazipur and Kashimpur location every week to resolve any hardware issue, for any emergency case we must schedule immediately to visit there to resolve issue because no IT Guy is available there.
∎ Flexible approach to travel and working extra hours.
∎ Ambitious and enthusiastic.
∎ Good team player.
