∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities.
∎ Good persuasion & communication skills.
∎ Experience of managing medium to high volume of purchase requests for various goods and services, with ability to deal with short notices, planning, prioritizing, and delivering.
∎ Excellent knowledge and capacity of analyzing information and use it as reference for future planning and in improving overall procurement performance.
∎ Good verbal and writing skills in English and Bangla, comfortable with drafting Tender Invitation Purchase, write Contract Agreement, descriptive Minutes of Meeting, and various justification notes of vendor selections.
∎ Advance in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Comfortable with using online based applications and software for different purposes.
∎ The candidates who have own motorcycle will get extra preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Government Tender and Procurement Specialist
∎ Ability to search and find IT/ICT related Tenders & Projects. Opportunities in Government organization through E-GP Portal, BD-Tender or Tender Bazar etc.
∎ Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
∎ Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.
∎ Ability to write technical documents for software tender and IT Tender.
∎ Active participation in e-GP Review Panel with previous track records.
∎ Attending e-GP contract signing processes.
∎ Knowledgeable about Non-Responsive Evaluation Criteria of the Tender.
∎ Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criteria.
∎ Participating and completing deeds (NDA, JV) with Partner successfully.
∎ Active participations of Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ Participating in all types of tenders. E.g. EOI, OTM, Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Attending Pre-bid meetings and techno commercial meeting with clients by collaborating top managements.
∎ Successfully completing Tender Billing Methods.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bank interests rate.
∎ In depth knowledge about BG/ PG, LC/TT, VAT & Tax
∎ Contributing in cost and price evaluation e.g. BOQ/Estimate etc.
