Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM) in Law, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
∎ Enrolled in Bar council

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with legal issues like legal notice, affidavit, agreement/contract, drafting various legal letters etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the enlisted legal firms, Courts, Sub-register etc.
∎ Conducting case in favor of company in different courts and tribunals.
∎ Provide legal notice remainders for recovery company dues.
∎ Drafting, reviewing and revising contract documentation including sales agreement, MoU etc.
∎ Releasing company's vehicle from the custody of law enforcement agencies.
∎ Vetting other legal documents, evidence and give legal suggestion to our external advocate & company.
∎ Legal notice given to the accused.
∎ Case filing procedure.
∎ Taking proper legal action to release vehicle.
∎ Case fallow-up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be member of Bar Council, without membership in the Bar Council need not apply.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, self motivated & well conversant with the related subjects.
∎ Able to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to senior levels of management.
∎ Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
∎ Computer literacy is must specially on MS Office Package.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.

Salary: Negotiable
