Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from any Govt. Engineering University. Or, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any Govt. Polytechnic Institute.
∎ Candidates from BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET & DUET will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
∎ Arrange to monitor plant/ heavy equipment performance parameters.
∎ Perform mechanical and instrumental repairs on equipment at manufacturing plant with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance Reliability.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standard procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
∎ Maintain equipment performance records periodically.
∎ Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery at the earliest possible time.
∎ Any other mechanical engineering related task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants who all have Cement Industry background will be given preference.
∎ At least 05 years experiences on Maintenance Department in Managerial position with must have experience in Cement/ Rod/ Ceramic Industry. Those who haven’t worked in Cement/ Rod/ Ceramic companies need not to apply.
∎ Leadership capability is must.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Basic Computer skill is must.
