Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Policy Development and Implementation:
∎ o Communicate, develop, manage, and implement HR policies and standards across the organization.
∎ 2. Coordination and Communication:
∎ o Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on people development matters.
∎ 3. Audit and Documentation:
∎ o Regularly update and maintain documentation for audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
∎ 4. Compliance and Legal Oversight:
∎ o Manage HR-related rules, regulations, and laws, ensuring they are followed within a healthy work environment.
∎ 5. Workplace Monitoring and Compliance:
∎ o Monitor the workplace regularly to address compliance issues and ensure a productive and safe environment.
∎ 6. Employee Motivation:
∎ o Organize motivational activities and encourage employee engagement.
∎ 7. Safety, Health, and Ethical Training:
∎ o Provide training on safety terms, health practices, and ethical standards, ensuring proper documentation.
∎ 8. Audit Management:
∎ o Conduct internal audits to check compliance with Labor Laws, Factory Rules, and other necessary audits as per buyers' requirements.
∎ 9. Legal Advice:
∎ o Provide suggestions to the management team regarding legal matters and the Code of Conduct (COC).
∎ 10. In-house Training Programs:
∎ • Lead internal training on various subjects like fire safety, grievance management, Occupational Health (OH), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
∎ 11. Employee Development and Performance Support:
∎ • Support employee development initiatives and collaborate with the training department.
∎ • Assist in managing employee performance evaluation systems.
∎ 12. Grievance and Discipline Management:
∎ • Lead the grievance management system and ensure the disciplinary management system runs effectively.
∎ 13. Additional Management Support:
∎ • Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
