∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ From any recognized university. MBA/BBA with major in Marketing will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplishes Marketing and Sales targets Monthly.
∎ To be able to maintain daily/weekly/Monthly reports on sales and stocks.
∎ Increasing the customer base both in retail as well as Architect Segment.
∎ Opening of new customers outside Dhaka for increasing network and for creating sub distribution base.
∎ Daily visit to the customers in different regions or as in where required.
∎ Organizing Carpenters' meet at regular interval in the market and monitoring the results of the same.
∎ Replace dropout/closed dealers.
∎ Ensure payment is received by all the assigned accounts.
∎ Fill details in CRM every day.
∎ Manage POSM (Point of Sales Material) at all retail counters and ensure all other collateral are available with all our customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Responsible for Business development opportunities (New clients and new opportunities with existing clients)
∎ Regular travel to outside Dhaka for market development.
∎ Update himself on new developments with products and competition.
∎ Submit a journey plan for daily visits to customers
∎ Experience in Laminates/Glue/Particle Boards/MDF/Plywood and other related industry are preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
