∎ Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
∎ 4 - 6 years of experience in supplier sourcing, selection, and pricing negotiations, with a focus on sustainability.
∎ Proven track record of building supplier partnerships and achieving cost and sustainability targets.
∎ Strong knowledge of sustainability certifications, standards, and best practices.
∎ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
∎ Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for materials and services based on business requirements.
∎ Assess supplier capabilities, pricing, and market positioning to create a pool of preferred vendors.
∎ Facilitate supplier onboarding and ensure alignment with organizational standards.Pricing and Negotiations
∎ Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms for materials and services.
∎ Develop cost models and assess market trends to guide negotiation strategies.
∎ Ensure agreements achieve the optimum balance between cost, quality, and delivery timelines.Sourcing Sustainable Raw Materials
∎ Develop strategies to source sustainable materials and ensure suppliers adhere to sustainability practices.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing decisions with organization’s sustainability objectives.Strategic Supplier Management
∎ Collaborate with the procurement and business teams to establish long-term supplier partnerships.
∎ Track and monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and quality standards.
