Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system for vessel management.
∎ Analyze system workflows and ensure alignment with operational needs.
∎ Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels.
∎ Liaise with the software vendor for customization, troubleshooting, and support.
∎ Monitor ERP performance and provide ongoing technical support.
∎ Document all implementation steps and training materials.
∎ Collaborate with management for process improvement.
