Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Brand Strategy & Execution
∎ Assist in shaping the Cocojoy brand narrative across digital and offline platforms
∎ Lead branding initiatives, campaign launches, and seasonal promotions
∎ Work closely with design and creative teams to maintain consistent brand voice
∎ Digital Marketing & Social Media
∎ Develop content calendars, digital campaigns, and influencer collaborations
∎ Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs (reach, engagement, ROAS)
∎ Stay ahead of F&B trends, viral moments, and competitor activityTrade & Retail Marketing
∎ Coordinate POSM, visibility tools, and in-store activations
∎ Collaborate with Sales team on regional marketing plans and events
∎ Ensure strong product presence across modern trade & general trade
∎ Consumer Insights & ResearchConduct surveys, gather feedback, and analyze consumer behavior
∎ Track competitor positioning and market movement
∎ Turn insights into actionable brand decisionsVendor & Stakeholder Management
∎ Liaise with agencies, event partners, designers, and printersManage budgets and ensure timely execution of projects
