Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective content strategies that align with business goals.
∎ Create and manage a content production calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
∎ Monitor and optimize content performance across various platforms.
∎ Design and execute strategies for the optimal mix of marketing platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
∎ Continuously assess and adjust platform strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
∎ Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
∎ Formulate and execute brand-building initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
∎ Develop crisis management plans and protocols.
∎ Handle media relations, including the preparation of talking points and press releases in both English and Bengali.
∎ Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns for retail brand and outlet launches.
∎ Oversee content development and manage events to support campaign objectives.
∎ Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, operations) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors).
∎ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
